We know that our guests often have many questions before leaving home.
To help you out before you arrive at the Bibione Palace Hotel, we've put the most commonly asked questions on this page, together with our answers. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please contact us.
- Check-in: rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
- Check-out: please vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
Breakfast only, half board, or full board with our all-inclusive formula: non-alcoholic beverages consumed with meals in the restaurant are also included. The Mastroianni restaurant with table service operates for the entire period the hotel is open. The opening period for the Fellini restaurant is at the discretion of the Management.
The prices are per room, per day, according to your meal plan.
All prices include VAT. The local tourist tax is not included.
It amounts to 2.10 Euros per person per night (from age 4 upward), for a maximum of 10 consecutive days, and should be paid at the end of your stay.
- We require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay to guarantee your reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card.
- For our NON-REFUNDABLE tariffs, the full sum must be paid on the day you book and cannot be refunded. If you fail to respond within these deadlines, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
- The balance can be paid in cash (up to € 4,999.00) or by credit card (Pago Bancomat, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express).
- The credit card requested when you booked on our website is the only card that can guarantee that your booking has been successful.
- If you cancel in the period leading up to 48 hours before your arrival (check-in is at 3:00 p.m.), your deposit will be returned in full or can be used for a future stay; after this deadline your deposit will be retained as a penalty. For our NON-REFUNDABLE tariffs, full payment must be made at time of booking, and this sum will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled and/or changed, or in cases of non-show.
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed on request and for a fee.
A surcharge of €20.00 (25.00?) per day is applied for deep-cleaning the room.
Pets are not permitted in common areas such as lobbies, swimming pools, restaurants, bars and wellness centres.
Thanks to Booking Protection and Protection Plus, you can insure your holiday directly with Allianz Global Assistance at an affordable price.
You can choose if you want to insure only the amount of the down payment or the full amount of your holiday.
Insurance should be undersigned out within 24 hours of the booking confirmation date.
